At this time we do not accept exchanges for any of our products.
Do you accept returns?
A) Yes we accept returns for either broken or damaged products
B) We however do not accept returns for; unauthorized purchases, mistaken products, or unsatisfied expectations.
How do I begin a return?
To begin a return you either start at the member's section and look under recently purchased or within a confirmation email that we sent at the time of purchase.
Next, you will locate the item or items you would like to request a return, and click on them. Once you are viewing the purchased item, there should be an option to begin a return.
